I’m delighted to share another recipe.

Fresh, vibrant, and endlessly customisable—this frittata is my new obsession! Packed with seasonal veg, Greek yoghurt, crumbly feta, and a touch of polenta, it’s healthy, protein-rich, and perfect hot or cold. I love how easily it adapts to whatever’s in the fridge (or garden!).

Best bit? It takes no time at all and makes a brilliant packed lunch the next day. Give it a go with your favourite herbs or cheese—your taste buds (and your family) will thank you.
