I’m delighted to share another recipe.

I’m sharing a recipe for rustic asparagus and feta cheese tart baked in a pie dish this time. The crust is made with wholemeal flour for extra texture, nutty flavour, and fibre content.
I’ve enjoyed photographing asparagus and the spring feel of this delicious vegetable.
